What are the simulation methods of AVR?
Generally speaking, common AVR simulation methods include:
(1) JTAG simulation mode is applicable to AVR with JTAG simulation interface. Such as ATmega16 / 32, atmega64 / 128, etc.
(2) Debugwire simulation mode is applicable to AVR with debugwire simulation interface. Such as attiny13 / 24 / 2313, Atmega48 / 88 / 168, etc.
(3) The simulation head is used to replace the AVR MCU simulation mode, which is suitable for AVR without simulation interface. Such as attiny26, ATmega8, atmega8515, etc.
(4) PDI simulation mode is adopted, which is applicable to AVR with PDI simulation interface. Such as atxmega64a1, ATXMEGA128A1, atxmega32a4u, etc.

How to make AVR JSP programmer?
Some of our small projects need embedded micro control circuits, so we decided to get familiar with AVR. To start AVR development, it is necessary to prepare AVR ISP programmer and JTAG simulator.
